About Hannah
Hannah fell in love with Pilates during her full time dance training, when she would go to Pilates classes at the end of the day after a lot of throwing her body around to feel put back together again, calmer and rejuvenated.
She went on to train with the renowned Body Control Pilates, gaining her Pilates Matwork Level 3 certification. She is interested in how each of us can move with more ease and efficiency, and how Pilates can help everyone to improve posture, alignment, body-awareness and a general sense of wellbeing. Her teaching style is calm and clear, and she always aims to centre the bodies in front of her, observing, adjusting and correcting to help refine and improve movement patterns.
Throughout her Pilates career, Hannah has worked with a wide range of clients, and has taught at some of London’s top Boutique studios, teaching both group classes at 1:1s.
Hannah is a member of the Body Control Pilates Association, which focuses on ensuring the quality of Pilates education and the integrity of the Pilates method.

What is Pilates?
Pilates is a method of exercise created by Joseph Pilates that focuses on posture, balance, strength, flexibility and mind-body connection. It works to move each joint in your body through its full (healthy) range of motion, leaving you feeling balanced, worked and stretched out in every part of your body. Pilates can work for everyone- regardless of fitness level! It has a consistent success rate in targeting problems such as back and neck pain, joint issues and core strength, focusing on reprogramming movement patterns and muscle imbalances to support joints to move with ease and freedom.
